Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is damaged upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
Returned in the original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase .
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash after verification.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number.
Photos of the product.
Photos of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.
